The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a solid background in business litigation matters who is eager to further develop their legal expertise, enhance strategic thinking, and broaden their professional network.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and mediations
  • •Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with clients' objectives
  • •Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to prepare cases thoroughly
  • •Draft, review, and provide various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • •Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure timely case progression
  • •Maintain open communication with clients about case developments and provide legal advice
  • •Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
